| Thayer has been Senate Majority Leader
the last two years. He also has a proven record of conservative
leadership through his work as chairman of the Transportation
Committee, vice-chairman of the Judiciary, Rules and
Family Services Committees, chairman of the District
30 Republican Committee (now LD22). He has protected
the sanctity of life, is an advocate for parental choice
in education, has lead the way in obtaining a $500 million
tax cut for Arizona citizens and $345 million to accelerate
the completion of our freeways. He is a strong supporter
of securing our borders.
